Product colors may also appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, printing process, fabric, or production method.

Merchandise measurements and sizing information are approximate. Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing charts and product specifications before ordering.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, photographs, availability information, or other website content at any time.

5. Food, Ingredient, Caffeine, and Allergy Information

Coffee, tea, drink-related products, gift sets, and food products may contain or come into contact with allergens.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Some products are roasted, blended, printed, labeled, assembled, or manufactured after an order is placed. Other products may be supplied and fulfilled through independent manufacturers, distributors, printing companies, or fulfillment partners.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the item or guarantee its availability.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product specifications, or refuse an order when inventory, production, supplier, legal, safety, or fraud-prevention concerns arise.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Payment authorization failure.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
Supplier or production limitations.
Shipping restrictions.
Errors in customer-provided information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Grind selections.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, production errors, or replacement expenses caused by information entered incorrectly by the customer.

9. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, handling charges, and other disclosed fees will be calculated during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We may use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions. We do not guarantee that every payment method will remain available.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Many Coffee Chemist products are custom prepared, roasted to order, printed on demand, labeled on demand, assembled for the customer, or submitted to a supplier shortly after purchase.

Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within two hours of placing the order.

Requests should be sent to [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] and should include:

The customer’s full name.
The order number.
The item that needs to be changed or canceled.
A clear description of the requested change.

Submitting a request within the two-hour period does not guarantee that the order can be changed or canceled. Production and fulfillment may begin immediately.

Once an order has entered production, been roasted, printed, personalized, packaged, fulfilled, or shipped, it generally cannot be canceled or modified.

If a customer provides incorrect product information, grind selection, size, color, personalization, or shipping information, the customer may be responsible for the cost of replacement, reshipment, or correction.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise.

Because products may come from different suppliers or fulfillment locations:

Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Items may have different processing and delivery times.
Customers may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number.
Coffee, tea, merchandise, accessories, and gift items may ship separately.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, incorrect addresses, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and providing a secure delivery location.

Ownership and risk of loss pass as permitted by applicable law and the shipping arrangement used for the order.

12. Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, failure to retrieve the package, or another customer-related delivery issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, replacement, and handling charges.

Food products returned by a carrier may not be eligible for resale or reshipment for health and safety reasons.

13. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, lost packages, and order issues are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Because many products are consumable, custom prepared, roasted to order, printed on demand, personalized, or otherwise created specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for return based solely on preference, incorrect customer selections, or a change of mind.

When The Coffee Chemist or one of our fulfillment partners makes an error, our preferred resolution will generally be a replacement of the affected item. A refund or other resolution may be offered when replacement is unavailable, inappropriate, or required by law.

Customers must report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy and provide the requested photographs, packaging information, or other documentation.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any nonwaivable rights available to a customer under applicable law.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, giveaways, free-shipping offers, bundles, and limited-time pricing may be subject to additional rules.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions cannot be combined.
Discount codes have no cash value.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
Promotions may be limited by product, quantity, customer, location, or date.
Promotions may be modified or discontinued before an order is placed.
Fraudulent or unauthorized use of a promotion may result in cancellation.

15. Gift Cards

Gift cards, when available, may be used only for eligible purchases from The Coffee Chemist.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized gift cards may not be replaced unless we can verify the card and applicable law requires or permits replacement.

Additional gift-card terms may be provided at the time of purchase.

16. Accounts and Passwords

Some website features may allow or require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:
